HOT&TOT ships to over 50 countries:
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
Europe: All countries
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Cambodia
- Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above €75 (or equivalent in other currencies). Orders under €75 are subject to a €15 shipping fee. If you pay in a currency other than Euro, the shipping fee will be converted accordingly.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Probably not, but this really depends on your local customs charges. In most countries you can import products without a customs charge to up to €500.

How long will delivery take?
* The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -- we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times (even if you upgrade to expedited shipping) as we cannot predict service disruptions. *
We generally ship orders within 1 business day of when you place your order; this may extend to 2 business days if there is a public holiday. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
- United States: Deliveries usually take 7-14 business days, although it can be faster.
- Europe: Deliveries usually take 2-5 business days
- Elsewhere: Deliveries usually take 2- business days, although it can be faster.

Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.


What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible HOT&TOT items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's not eligible for return?
We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded items, pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale".

Shipping fees (for orders less than €75 are non-refundable.

What's the return process?
United States / United Kingdom / Hong Kong / Canada / Germany / Netherlands / France / Italy / Spain -- We are pleased to offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of €15 (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
